Check-in was simple, staff was customer-focused. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. Furthermore it was easy walk to all saints church. Nice interior, large restaurant.

It had cool food and staff. Pleasant view of valley. Politeness from the whole staff. The hotel was centrally set in a new area. Also, Christ Church was 3 km away. Nothing too much trouble, I had a superb experience.

Outstanding food plus outstandingly helpful staff. Plenty of cereals, bacon and eggs at breakfast. Marvellous view, a great balcony, big bed, too. Lovely small hotel centrally located in the city.

the staff provides excellent service. handy base for a weekend in pickering! free wi fi was working perfectly.
